Art and design have been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. I'd like to say it was the McDonald's Art Contest I won when I was 5 that launched my career, but I think that would be a fib! After completing my fine arts undergrad degree, I went into graphic design for several years. I found myself not in front of an easel as I had been before, but now in front of a computer. I wanted to learn more!
I headed to NYC for grad school to delve into the computer graphics/animation/user interface design world. High tech was booming back in California, so I came home to be apart of the start up frenzy! I loved the objectivity and psychology of UI design, but missed creating playful and fun designs of my own.
After having my 2 kids, I knew the time was right to leave the corporate world… and launch B.Nute productions. I love designing my invitations. I definitely get into researching the theme and coming up with unique imagery and party ideas to make your celebrations one to remember. Between B.Nute productions and family life, things couldn't get much better.
